Make Every Day A Great Day

- 05 January 2016
As a trainer, facilitator or meeting leader, have you ever had a great day at the front of the room? Everything went perfectly? Audience engaged and participating? Content well received? All outcomes achieved? Was it a fun experience for all? You learned a thing or two yourself? If your answer is yes to most or all of these questions that’s great!

Have you ever had a really bad day at the front of the room? Everything went pear shaped? Audience was disengaged and distracted? Content seemed to fall flat? Struggled to achieve outcomes? Didn’t feel like fun at all? You just wanted it to be over? If your answer is yes to most or all of these questions, you might need some help!
I reckon the key elements that make a great front of room day are:
- The quality of the RELATIONSHIP you have and develop with the group
- The structure or PROCESS you follow
- The relevance of the CONTENT you are delivering or discussing
If this is something you could use some help with, I’m offering my much loved Engaging Training program in Melbourne on February 9th -11th at Cliftons on Collins Street and still have a number of seats available.
This program is designed to shed light on why good days were good days so that you can have more good days on a consistent basis. I’ll help you understand the science and structure behind engaging groups so that having a good day becomes a choice not accidental outcome. Even with content that in the past that might have been considered boring, mundane or mandatory.
This program is for anyone that has to stand at the front of the room and engage an audience. While the focus is on training, many of us have to present, facilitate or even run meetings and the skills in this session will help you in all of these contexts where engaging participants is critical to your success.

Happy New Year!
